Conker Prototypes Released!!

Apologize that I haven't been around for a very long time, personal issues got in my way. And yep, you heard it right. The Rareware betas have finally been released, among with the Conker ones. Since these are just demos/protos, and not retail copies released in stores, I think it's alright to put a link to them here. If anyone wants me to take the link down, then tell me and I'll remove it from the thread:

The release occurred sooner than intended, due to the recent media attention going on about the fundraiser, so the guy had to put them up to avoid possible lawyers showing up. The fundraiser will still be ongoing even if the prototypes have already been released, as he needs to make up for the huge loss in releasing them too early. Anyway, hope you all enjoy these versions, along with all of what was cut out from the final game. The Conker ECTS demo have a tendency to crash alot on emulators in many parts. To play it, press start to skip the intro the instant the game boots up, or it'll trigger something that freezes the game. To prevent the game from resetting after a certain amount of time, use this gameshark code by Coolboyman:

I can't really download it, but what are in the prototypes, exactly?

Really? Possibly due to laws maybe? Well, in the ECTS Conker one there's the experimenting scene that got changed to the Off Duty one as seen in the final, and some chapters are different too, even cutscenes have differences too, even to the point of some being work in progress. I've just begun documenting it on my site, and will have more finds and differences ready soon. The Debug one contains developer features, and also have a later version of the experiment scene which was in the process of being edited.

Cool proto, I wish there was a twelve tales proto anyways, while I was playing I noticed some awkward stuff, one where the GMPoo says "BRING ME SOME SWEET CHEESE" and the Sweet Corn seems to be gone, only seeing cheese.Also the introduction for the GMPoo is him going bonkers, he goes like this(the lines are his hands): || Then \/ then -/ then \- then happens all over except the ||.I also found a surgeon Tedi diagnosing a squirrel. Another thing is that I saw the Pikachu cutscene, which was cruel, Don Weasel called Pikachu a BASTARD.

All true. The designer of the game(Mr. Seavor) had actually intended for the Pikachu scene to appear, but had to remove it at Nintendo's request. The Tediz inspecting the soldier was likely a reference to various german and japanese experiments on live subjects. In some ways I'm glad they removed the latter, but part of me wish that it stayed in the game.

TGMP saying "Bring me some sweet cheese", and there being cheese in the scene instead of corns?? Hmm. Never noticed that one before. Were cheese to be given to TGMP at one point instead of sweet corns?
