Conker's BFD [ECTS] Demo finds and Discoveries

Thought I'd better make this thread here so everyone who has tried out the ECTS beta of Conker can share their findings here. Comparisons between it and Retail can be made here as well. This maybe could help get this place back on track again, I hope. To start this thread off, here's my findings(well, most of them):

Yes, crows were to appear in Windy at one point, mostly as environment objects.
